"My husband and I had a pleasant 2 night stay here and the staff were lovely and friendly, but there were a few points that brought our review score down from an excellent to a good. The position of the hotel is excellent with just a short walk into town and it had a free car park. The reception staff were very welcoming but our room was through a maze of corridors and steps. The hotel is a mix of some areas that are beautifully decorated with very pretty wall coverings and curtains but other areas could do with a refresh. Our room was fine with a very comfortable king sized bed, nice clean white bedding and towels but bed runner across the bottom of the bed was stained and could do with a clean. The TV was tiny and the tea tray was not very generous. The bathroom was adequate it had a shower above a bath, but we had to have a bath as we couldn’t get the shower to work, a decent shower gel and hand soap are provided but no other extras. Breakfast was excellent and we couldn’t fault it. If you go here at a weekend there is a chance that there may be a wedding or a party taking place that can be quite noisy into late evening. Even though we have criticised some areas would stay here again."

"An absolutely beautiful hotel from the moment you enter the grounds. Wonderfully renovated property with gorgeous understated style everywhere. Our bedroom was luxurious and comfortable with complimentary minibar and home made snacks. Very welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast and dining were of a good standard in great surroundings. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Will return."
The Studio - 1 Bedroom Cottage - Princes Gate

"Küche hat eine Spülmaschine, es gibt aber relativ wenig Geschirr und Besteck. Die Wohnung ist groß für 2 Personen inkl. Hund. Leider gibt es keine Aussenterrasse oder ähnliches, wo man sich draußen hinsetzen kann. Es ist super ruhig und man kann direkt an der Wohnung parken. Die Möbel sind gut und bequem, das Bad ist groß und hat eine tolle Dusche. Handtücher gibt es auch, obwohl diese nicht in der Beschreibung standen."
Primrose Cottage - HW7100

"This place was an amazing find. Perfect location. Can walk to the local beach in Amroth in 15 minutes. You can drive to Saundersfoot in about 15 mins and Tenby isn't much further. This cottage is set for a couple. One bedroom, but has been done really well, doesn't feel small. We only needed the owner once and he resolved our query very quickly. This was our first trip to this part of the world. I wouldn't hesitate to use the same place as a base again in the future. Amroth itself was so peaceful. A few pubs near the front, can get coffee, ice cream etc & gorgeous views."
Stable Cottage, Narberth

"The stable cottage is roomy with 2 well appointed comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen has mostly everything needed although we didn’t cook much during our stay. Since it was very hot it would have been useful to have some ice trays for the freezer. The cottage was quite dusty in places especially the bathrooms. There was also a mild musty smell downstairs like it had been locked up for a long time. The outside furniture had bird excrement and cobwebs all over them. We were quite happy as spent little time there but these issues may be of concern to others."

"Mooi en ruim vakantiehuis. Goede ligging om vandaaruit allerlei uitstapjes te maken. De Pembrokekust is fantastisch om mooie wandelingen te maken, ook leuke stadjes zoals Tenby en St. Davids in de buurt. Vriendelijke eigenaar en ontzettend lieve hond!Zeer aan te bevelen!"

"Our stay in 2 Hornbeam Lodge was just the short break we needed. Very private and peaceful. The welcome was excellent with little touches that made us feel right at home like positioned curtains, hospitality tea/coffee/milk and cleaning pack in the well equipped kitchen, complimentary toiletries, just enough to get our stay started before needing to head for the shops. As well as beautifully folded towels and spa slippers. The hot tub was a treat. Some bits were a little tired but it was all very clean. We felt it was really good value for what we paid but did leave a snag list of things that needed attention eg lightbulbs, batteries in remote, faulty door catch … things you don’t notice unless you actually stay there. All in all we would definitely recommend this lovely retreat!"

"When we arrived we were greeted by our hosts who were very friendly and we had all we needed for when we arrived like tea, coffee, milk, sugar and even some lovely Welsh cakes.The property was absolutely spotless and in a lovely location.Will definitely recommend to family and friends."
