The Hotel did not provide the facilities for the price I paid for one night stay. Room had bare minimum amenities and the breakfast was very basic. It's a big hotel chain and we booked it because of it's reputation. We were disappointed.

Hotel avec un facade vieillote mais interieur moderne et propre. Les chambres sont spacieuse et propre on a regretté ne pas pouvoir utiliser la clim car il fesait tres chaud ( clim bloque par l'hotel car "pas assez chaud dehors") . Petit bémol le seche cheveux qui avait le diffuseur qui ne tenait plus et les pompes des distributeurs de produit d'hygiène qui fonctionnait mal.. lits confortable. Petit déjeuné très bien. Piscine agreable. Bon séjour mais gros bémol par rapport a la climatisation.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Novotel Narbonne ! Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, toujours disponible et attentionné. Mention spéciale aux dames de la cafétéria le matin : leur accueil chaleureux, leurs sourires et leur gentillesse ont rendu nos petits déjeuners encore plus agréables. Le buffet était bien garni, varié et de qualité, dans une ambiance conviviale dès le début de la journée. Merci pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Pas mal et pratique car proche des Grands Buffets

Chambre classique, TV et une prise ne fonctionnaient pas. On nous a changé de chambe. Dans les seconde chambre il manquait un jeu de serviettes. Les personnes à l’accueil ont ete reactives et adorables.

Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit

Sauberes Hotel mit freundlicher Rezeption. Das Hotel ist in den Gängen und von aussen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bei den Zimmern ist die separate Anordnung Toilette und Bad etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Zimmer sind ansonsten Top ausgerüstet und modern.
