I wish the front desk can give people arrived at the same locker far away from each other. There were two other ladies arrived at the same time, and we got three adjacent lockers, it was impossible for three of us use the lockers at the same time.

The room is a bit small, hardly any room to move around but breakfast was good, pretty of selection, the shuttle to the airport and the check in process is efficient especially for the amount of people.

Hotel Nikko Narita
A great hotel for resting and relaxing after a long flight. Frequent complimentary shuttles to and from the airport were very convenient. Staff were excellent.
