Sat-Sat only! WIRELESS INTERNET. 5 BEDROOMS sleeps up to 12 , ceiling fans, air conditioning, as well as 4 TV's w/ cable and HBO, SHOWTIME, etc. 3 UPDATED FULL BATHS w/ hair dryer. KITCHEN and DINING AREA are equipped with all necessary pans, plates, silverware, wine glasses, coffee maker, and other utensils. LIVING ROOM is comfortably furnished with new furniture a new 46 INCH FLAT SCREEN HDTV with BLUERAY DVD/ VCR. Living room and kitchen both have ceiling fans and A/C. The entire area has been newly painted and the carpeting and beds in the house has been professional steamed- cleaned. LAUNDRY ROOM (NEW DRYER & WASHER) is located in the lower level, just outside two of the bedrooms and a brand new full bathroom. OUTDOOR AREA features a patio and gazebo, gas grille, tables, Fire pit, and chairs. A large back yard is fenced for your younger children to enjoy. OUTDOOR SHOWER- with hot and cold running water. There is ample parking 9 CARS or your BOAT. (Fishing is unbelievable!)
