You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Relax with your family or friends at this adventurous place to stay. Only a 3 block walk to the Narrow River to launch 1-5 kayaks.
6 min drive or 15 min bike ride (3 adult bikes and 2 kid bikes) to URI Bay Campus (only free beach) or 7 min drive to Narragansett Town Beach (best surfing in RI/New England!). Enjoy the kayaks, swing, zipline, trampoline and treehouse and bikes! We have an awesome long term renter on the lower level who has a separate kitchen bed and bath. You have a big private porch & deck with wood pellet gill upstairs!

Only home on the street end, surrounded by flowering trees & a cattail marsh, enjoy your childhood dream using our tree fort, zipline & trampoline. You can grill out & relax at home or use our 5 kayaks (7 adult lifejackets and 2 kid jackets 30-50 lbs) to take in the beauty of the Narrow River (Saving you $125/2 hours of rental) & paddle down to the Narragansett Beach or sandbar! Or take bikes for a spin.

The space
Please make yourself at home and be our guest. A new stove/oven and microwave are available for all your cooking needs. You can sunbathe on the deck or pull out the cozy IKEA mattress from inside the 2 couches and snuggle up for movies.

Guest access
Your private entrance to the upstairs is only through the front door. The lower level has a sweet long term renter. Find the key in the front door lock thru check in instructions before arrival to come by 4pm or any time after 4 that meets your schedule.

Other things to note
If you have more than 4 people or don’t want to share the 2 queen beds, or 2 pull out ikea couches with mattresses tucked in each couch, there's also an extra blowup air mattresses in the closet. So a total of 5 queen/full beds with the couches and mattress. We just ask for $20 extra for the extra time to wash more sheets and blankets.
