The room was very nice - we had a lovely walk out right to the upper deck pool and hot tub. The staff we engaged with were pleasant and helpful. Downsides were that the bar was not open on the upper deck, service at the Feeding Frenzy snack shack was slow (stood for quite a while and no one came to the window), and the beach was kind of small and grungy (didn’t stay long as it smelled vaguely like sewage - not entirely surprising given the location in the port).

Staff was great and we had a beautiful upgrade to the Pointe. We must have been a little off season because several things were not open. Beach is small but nice and clean.
