The staff was extremely helpful and were super nice, very clean, a bit backwards in term of charging points to cell phones , internet wifi excellent !maintenance of the property was lacking , broken windows, 110 electrical plug not working , pool not working and no notice on the website,

Amazing place to stay at. The design of the hotel modern and fabulous. The staff is very attentive and the bar has a great cocktail menu. We had the most delicious meals there. Javier and Felipe were outstanding employees!!! Thank you

I loved this place. The staff is exceptional helpful and friendly. They genuinely seem like they want to help even when situations are difficult. They went out of there way for me several times and multiple people. Love the property and the spa as well. Food is also really good!

This is an outstanding hotel. It was constructed 25 years ago out of concrete and rustic native wood overlooking Last Hope Bay. The hotel deservedly won architectural awards for its forward looking eco-friendly design that enables the hotel to retain 58% of the incident sunlight in a climate in which this is a highly desirable feature. The staff were friendly and the food was outstanding.

Very courteous staff. Excellent food with excellent service in restaurant. Room spotless and clean and room service excellent. Front office staff also excellently courteous and helpful. Loved the native artifacts and the natural wood interiors. This is much more peaceful and beautiful than “modern” concrete, steel and plastics. Spa also excellent with superb pool and very clean hot tub. We plan to return soon!

We enjoyed our week stay at Remota. The employees were kind and helpful. The restaurant on site was great, including the breakfast buffet. We liked that it was slightly out of town, an uber or taxi was only 2-5 USD to get to town if you didn't feel like walking. We would recommend this stay.

This is a little out of town but walkable with stunning views of the mountains across the fjord, a great restaurant and and unique decor. Our room was spacious with a soaking tub and lobby areas with windows looking out at amazing scenery.
