Fresh machine queezed orange juice is fantastic ! You can choose the types of eggs & they are individually cooked for you. Would like to see some salad option for breakfast !

One of the windows had popped.out of the frame and hence the room was not safe. Nobody told me the reception is in another building and fortunatly there was a girl came out of the building and she showed me that the reception is in another building about 100m from the accomodation. The communicatiin should have been better. The floor number is not in the card. Better to pht a notice on the entry door mentioning that the reception is 100m away as then everyone cone there know where to pick up the key.

Too expensive for what you get, they refuse to give us the room until 4pm. It's a tourist hotel most of the people leave early. Can't believe that they couldn't have ready the room before 4 pm. The staff wasn't cooperative.

There are 2 properties, one is the main hotel, Adastra, and the other is AdHoc which is located a short walk away and has very limited on site facilities. The main Hotel is where I stay and the restaurant/bar is very good. Excellent food and very friendly staff. On my last visit I needed to get to the train station urgently and no taxis were available. The lady at reception took me personally in her own car, which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Overall, a very nice hotel with really good staff.

Too hot in the room, would not book again

I had a single room in the Adhoc building. It was so warm in the room I couldn’t sleep without the window being open the whole night. Of course someone kept smoking in a balcony so the smell would come to my room. I got s message before check-in containing a pin code for self-service check-in. I never needed that code, I only needed to add my last name. The check-in kiosk was weirdly located right next to the front door of the Ad Astra hotel, so everyone walking by could see what you were writing. I didn’t quite get it. The room was clean, but the warmth was just too much, and it’s only April. Can’t imagine what it would be in July! Also the bathroom door had a really heavy magnet closure, it was difficult to open it. And the shower had a really tight door as well, had to use my whole body to get it to open.

Vị trí thuận lợi, cách ga Brig ~600m, khách sạn trên mặt đường nên dễ tìm, có thang máy tiện cho người mang hành lý cũng có thể đi bộ từ ga đến. Vệ sinh sạch sẽ Không gian yên tĩnh, dù tầng 1 là bar nhưng không ảnh hưởng Gần nhà có siêu thị hoặc đối diện ga Brig cũng có Coop tiện mua sắm. Và cuối cùng là nhân viên rất đáng yêu. Check in tại khách sạn Adaastra ngay gần Adhoc. Nói chung nên ở đây nha.

Wir standen vor geschlossener Tür am richtigen Ort. Nur der Haupteingang ist auf der anderen Strassenseite knappe 100m. Kein Problem aber weshalb schreib man dies nicht in die Buchung? Die Zimmer sind sauber, das WC wurde nicht mit Kopf geplant. Auf das WC passt nicht jeder, wurde in eine Ecke gedrückt und nicht alle haben dort platz. Frühstück war perfekt.

Fantastisk sødt personale. Hotellet er super basic, men rent, pænt og velfungerende. Eneste minus er at vi ikke var gjort opmærksom på at receptionen er på et hotel lidt nede ad gaden. Morgenmadsbuffetten er god og pengene værd.

Une discothèque située juste sous la chambre à mis la musique à fond (les lits tramblaient avec les basses !) jusqu'à 1h du matin ! Je ne paierais pas une nuit dans un hôtel où je ne peux pas dormir. La personne responsable cette nuit là nous a dit qu'on était jeune, que ce n'était pas grave si on dormait moins et qu'on pouvait partir si on le voulait... Hallucinant !

Bruyant car chambre en dessous du restaurant et bar. Attendre qqles minutes à la réception car personne. C’est un serveur qui nous a réceptionné. Pour Check out là réceptionniste peu sympathique
