"This historic 'cave' room is very comfortable and fun. It's within the driving limited part of the town, but is just steps away from plenty of parking. The bed is very comfortable, the heating works great, hot water takes awhile but comes on. The Relais di Marchese is billed as a B&B but when I asked about breakfast they said there wasn't any. I was invited to have a coffee and croissant at the cafe down the street. highly recommended "

"Foul weather caused our British Airlines flight to divert to the little town of Bari. We were a plane full of holiday travelers just off-loaded at 8 pm and told by BA - here is your luggage, we will leave in 12 hours, good luck finding accommodations for yourself. Using Expedia I was able to get a room at this hotel pretty quickly. Others in flight not so lucky, hotels were booking up fast as our flight was not the only unexpected aircraft to divert to Bari. "the first thing that stuck us was how out of town this type of accommodation is. That applies to all Masseria hotels. The rooms are situated around a pretty courtyard. The rooms are basic and of reasonable size. There are no facilities for making tea/coffee. However, there is a fridge. A small sitting area is outside each room. There is no bar here and the restaurant does not open till 8 pm. the reception can provide wine or coffee. We bought our own beer and kept in in fridge in room....

"Great location, neat and tidy and new. There is confusion on Expedia about what apartment we were booking as when we arrived at the image on Expedia, this was not the apartment we were staying out. The communication of this was poor. Rosella was prompt to help us and explian we had booked apartment accommodation but Expedia image incorrect. Hopefully will be amended promptly as it is a very different sized apartment. Shower even though brand new is is not good as water went everywhere 😒. Air...
