"What can I say? I love this place! We had just stayed here once before, and when I came in to check in Arti at the front desk said “welcome back sir” and then added “we remember you”. That does not happen often! This hotel is just right! Everything works, just what you need, nothing that you don’t! A minibar that is stocked "

"Breakfast was chaotic in spite of staff’s best efforts since large wedding was going on. Maybe would have been better to separate that group or the non wedding guests to different location "

"The room was very good and the hotel is in very good condition. The breakfast and the serving staff was very good. The one big negative was that their Wifi did not work through our stay and the front desk staff were least interested in helping us out. Dont know if it was an one off but for us not having a local data connection, the lack of Wifi was a big negative"

"One of the worst five star hotels that I have been to.. nowhere near any of the five star hotels in Pune like Taj/ JW Marriott, Westin,.. Poor construction quality and staff training ensures a terrible experience. On top of that the property is currently surrounded by construction activities everywhere causing significant amount of dust and pollution all through the day and even odd hours of the night.. staff has absolutely no interest in resolving any issues.. photos and description on the site are also misleading, give it a miss if you want peace of mind.."
