Alt fungeret, værelserne var varme men gangene lidt kølige men også minus 12-14 grader udenfor. Personalet er alti sødt og venligt. Om sommeren er det perfekt sted i hidropark med masser af forskellige strand muligheder så helt i top til prisen"

I contacted the owner right away with video evidence, but instead of taking the issue seriously, they brushed it off and gave excuses. This is absolutely unacceptable for any rental property. "On photos the guest house looks good. But in real life it a very small room (about 2.5*3.5 sq.m) including bathroom. One more thing: it's situated on the basement floor, so don't expect any beautiful views from your window. Also, the service is a bit poor. I'm actually ok with the fact, that they hadn't seen our payment and charged me more, than they should. An I can even cope with the fact that they wanted us to check-out 1 day earlier (because they couldn't find our payment again). But I...
