"Friendly and helpful staff. Room is spacious and clean. Good air conditioning and close to shops and pick up points for tours. Needs to improve internet access as the connectivity is poor. Improved breakfast more variety of foods and more selection of coffees and hot drinks. Breakfasts time can a little bit early so that not rush when your activities for the day. Overall the hotel is great and good ambiance to stay in Albania. I give the hotel 4 star ratings."

"We stay at Rogner every year for a few days as a stopover in Tirana. It is a great hotel! The staff are so kind and professional. The pool area is always clean. I love the pool bar where we can order food or drinks. The breakfast buffet is great. The grounds are so lovely and green and peaceful .. like an oasis in the city centre"

"A lovely classic hotel. The rooms are beautiful and made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast food options were varied and tasted good. The staff very professional and courteous. Special thanks to Vini from the lovely roof top bar as he made our evening special with his cocktail making skills and wonderful customer service. It is my second stay at this hotel and will be the only place I book if I return to Tirana."
