"Good location, just outside the La Spezia Centrale so it is very convenient for Cinque terre trip. Just minutes away from city center. Hotel is very clean and big size family room. Staff are all nice."
"It’s great location if you want to visit Cinque Terre. The ferry terminal is walkable distance and the train station is not far away. You can park your car in the train station for free. The host is very friendly and helpful, he provided us good suggestions. We had great time there and Cinque Terre."

"Very lovely small hotel with perfect location in La Spezia. All restaurants are very close, the train station is just next door, and even the harbor is at walkable distance.
Even if the hotel is centrally located, I wasn’t disturbed by the notices from outside. I normally wake up very easily.
The bed was comfortable and the room was nice an cozy. Very beautiful interior. Especially I loved the bathroom’s jungle feeling.
No breakfast in the hotel, but the coffee was good. Many breakfast places...

Area was quiet and there were many stores, supermarkets, restaurants (highly recommend Bella Napoli pizzeria trattoria on Via Antonio Gramsci, 175/177, 19122 La Spezia SP, Italy: delicious food and great service), etc at walking distance and we felt safe at all times.
Apartment was spotless clean, bed and bedding were very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice size and shower spacious and good.

He gave us recommendations for good restaurants, kept our luggage after checkout and made our stay enjoyable:)
