"Couldn't ask for more. Best room, great horizon club, best breakfast we had, made such a fuss of our toddler. Clean and lovely facilities"

"I had a king room and it was a great big room, plenty of space and storage area for hanging clothes etc. Liggage rack is stored under the TV but you can place it where you want which was great as well. Big comfortable bed. Only thing that would improve the room would be to renew the toilet and shower area sealant and fittings they look tired now. Staff are all really helpful and pleasant. With the hotel being linked to KL Sentral makes it really easy to get to the airport, plenty eating and shopping in the NU Sentral shopping mall which is all part of the station. When you get to the station go up the escalators to NU Sentral and Ben's right to the hotel via the the link bridge. The bridge takes you to floor 1 so if going to reception you need to go down to G in the first set of of elevators, if going up to your room you can keep walking past the restaurant and its tables to the other set of elevators."

"A fun hostel if you're looking for sometging different. Whilst a lot of hostels these dsys have pods, this hostel has them sort of resemble what old school sci-fi movie interior of space ships. The bonus of these is they can be locked both when you are inside or out. You unlock it with your key (a credit card type card). Same card opens a space ship imagined locker which is big enough for your daypack on the bottom sgekf and you are supposed to store your shoes on the top shelf. You can just chuck your main carry on bag in the pod in the day, if you are really paeanoid you could fit beside it in the pod. If you still use a 90 litre backpack there is room next to pod. Showers and toilets like the better hostels aren't in the room So you're not getting woken by pipes abd shower noises. However the space pods make a noise wgen unlocking and you've got to climb over a little barrier through the door which is plastic and makes a vit of noise. Wifi is good snd works in pod. The main rooms light does come in through the pod wall. Showers are a bit small to keep everything dry. Shower gel, shampoo is provided, as is a towel. Havibg just come from traveling Japan/South Korea the toilet wasn't as advanced as you would expect a space hostel to be. Didnt like having to pay a 50 dollar cash deposit, being they don't check the pod before giving back when checkout, what is the point? Also havent experienced this $10 cash tax (on top of tax already paid through Wotif) anywhere else"

"Check in was 3pm but i walked in at 11.30am, cause not my 1st time staying in here. Always manage to get room early. Was attended by Sofea, she told me room not ready n got to wait n she will call me. Ao went for a coffee and came back at 1pm. Alot of tourist started to check in and out, more than 15 pple got thier room keys n walked up n i was still waiting for the call from Sofea. 2pm walked up to the receptionist Luqman n he immediately gave me a room. So the thing here is, Sofea needs more diligent or rather training to serve n be reponsible with customers. Another staff to compliment was Que or Sue, couldnt recall the name, while checking out she was very sweet n handle it well even my parking coupon. Please next time attend to customers who. Arrive 1st. Thank you very much"
