"The hosts were very friendly and communicated well throughout our stay, which I truly appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the home was a major issue. It did not appear to be properly cleaned—there was significant dust, bugs present, and noticeable stains on the sheets. Upon arrival, the alarm was not set and went off, which caused discomfort, and the home was extremely hot due to the AC being turned off. Additionally, there was a strange odor in the house. These are details that should have been addressed before guest arrival. Overall, while the hospitality was great, the condition of the home needs serious improvement."
