"We came here during low season, January right after New Year. It was amazing. The beach was phenomenal. We even paid the park fee for 7 days and visited Opal Beach and the Fort. Shelling was fantastic! The condo was phenomenal. The view is to die for. The amenities top notch. We had everything we needed for a week stay. The rooms and bathrooms were roomy and comfortable for everyone. William was amazing. Answered every question and attended to every detail and went above and beyond even when we had a little hiccup during our stay (not related to his rental at all). Some things we would suggest is maybe some pillow upgrades in the bedrooms and more trash bins in the rooms. A very tiny issue compared to all the good things about this rental. If you are still thinking about it, DON'T! Click the book it button!! We will definitely be back. "

"This property is managed by Vacasa, everything went smooth until I went to pick up my check in packet. The management property looked neglected “ dirty exterior, chipped paint, ect”. There wasn’t anyone there, they did have a note on the door with a number but we keptgetting disconnected. I hadBegun to fear I’dBeen scammed, 30 minutes later and Extremely frustrating start to what turned out to be a lovely vaca! ThePros, Condos location was great, there are several good restaurants and pier within walking distance. It was well equipped and WiFi was good. The bedrooms were a nice size and all have a bath attached. It was perfect forOur adults trio but would be good for a familyWith small kids too. Very convenient. Cons… The queen bedroom headboard appears to be disconnected from the bed and the mattressPad was noisy, and if yourPicky…the chairs on the deck in my opinion need to be the higher director chairs. The floorLevel is great but the safety railing cut offThe viewOf the ocean for my whole crew. 5 ft to 6.2. And lastly, the main kitchen/living area could use a paint refresh. You could see a touch up was made but the paint was not a match. That being said IWould definitely good again. "
