The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for easy meals during your stay, while thoughtful touches like high-speed Wi-Fi, an electronic keypad entry, and an in-unit washer and dryer make vacation living simple and stress-free.

The condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with a spacious primary suite featuring a king bed, TV, and beautiful waterfront views. A second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed along with a double bed, while the bunkroom is perfect for kids or additional guests with twin bunks and its own TV. Guests can enjoy resort-style amenities throughout Summerwind, including three pools, heated hot tubs, a fitness center, outdoor grills, high-speed elevators, and convenient beach access just steps away. Beach chairs, towels, and a wagon are also provided, and the Beach Store in Summerwind West offers smoothies, snacks, gifts, clothing, shoes, and other essentials just a short walk away.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our condo is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the condo! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NOISE ORDINANCE ★
We kindly ask you to treat our condo as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.


We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the condo and neighboring condos.
