A perfect spot within a reasonable walk to the beach. This is a family run operation and we were treated very well. The rooms are good and tasteful, matching the value of the price. Breakfast was included and everything homemade with love. The pool area is excellent. Should you wish to venture out, the bus stop ia right outside the property which we took full advantage of. I would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful place to stay in Naxos. Lovely accommodation, beautiful ground and a fantastic pool. We loved relaxing on the cabanas. Breakfast is fabulous with something for everyone. Amazing view towards Chora and the Portara. Our 1st time on Naxos and this place made our stay very special. Ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ 💙

Superb time - great communication with staff advising us on local buses to bring from Port (buy tickets as you exit ferry jetty 2 euro per person - no 1 or no 10 bus and ask for Naxos palace stop). Huge flat on first floor. The most amazing home cooked breakfast including cake (Stella is wonderful- the orange cake and carrot cake are sublime) - fab pool area with cabanas. Local roads not great for walking as no pavements but we managed and bus service great. Absolutely lovely stay here and incredibly reaosnable.

Lovely stay in our spacious quiet villa

We’ve absolutely loved our time at Kedros Villas – so much so that we ended up extending our stay! The villas and apartments are all really well looked after with everything you need, and the whole complex has a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The staff are just wonderful – so friendly and helpful, which really made our stay even better. Breakfast has been a real highlight – lots of local produce used and homemade cakes, I especially loved the carrot cake! We also had a meal in the restaurant and that was lovely too. The pool area was amazing – most of the time we had it completely to ourselves, which made it feel extra special and relaxing. The location is just out of town, which makes it nice and quiet, but it’s still really easy to get to with a car, scooter or just rent a ATV like we did, it’s also got a bus stop outside so you can get to the town or beach easily by public transport if you didn’t want to rent transport, but I’d highly recommend renting something to explore all of Naxos at your own pace.

Such a lovely, family run property. It is such a quaint setting that feels both remote, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants and easily accessible by taxi or bus to the port area. Highly recommend using the bus system within Naxos. It is easy to navigate and much more cost-effective than taking taxis. This resort certainly could benefit from some updates, but overall it is a lovely property. My only complaint would be not having a proper shower during our three day stay there, but rather a tub with a handheld showerhead. My daughter's shared a bedroom with two single beds. One of the beds had a very uncomfortable spring that was poking her in the back so she opted to sleep on the couch in the kitchen. The pool area is beautiful and having breakfast on site is lovely lots of beautiful, homemade pastries, fresh fruit, and eggs made to order. The kindest owners who were really wonderful to us. If you are looking for a 4 to 5 star resort, this is not it. It is a beautiful, family run business that is a little off the beaten path. If you have any concerns or questions while you are there, though, they will absolutely be accommodated. Don't let negative reviews deter you, just set your expectations accordingly. Thank you for a great stay!

Kedros was amazing. The Villas were very very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. The poll and pool furniture were very clean. The breakfast that was included, had a wide variety of “everything”. I would definitely return.

We loved our stay here. The villa was charming and the pool area very relaxing. The breakfast buffet was all home made and such a special tree at. Anastasia made us feel very welcome and all of the staff were kind. When my daughter fell ill on our last day before check out, they went above and beyond to help us. I am so grateful to the hotel for their hospitality and generosity. Would definitely return!!

Highly recommend

Lovely property with updated great villas. Loved it! Breakfast great. Pool and lounge area quiet for relaxation before and after beach. We rented a car to explore the whole island including various remote beaches and the mountains which we recommend highly. Maroula and her mother were wonderful hosts and staff was very helpful. Place was immaculate and we would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay at Kedros Villas

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the moment we checked in right to our check-out 3 days later. The team was friendly and accommodating to our Family needs, the landscaping could use a wee bit of freshening however as we were there before peak season, this wasn't a drawback whatsoever. The Villas are extremely well-maintained, the breakfasts was sooo fresh, tasty, and plentiful, and the location was within walking distance to a beautiful beach, restaurants, and grocery mart with EVERYTHING you would need to make it feel like home in your suite. We would absolutely recommend Kedros Villas for Families and/or Mature Couples.

Relaxing Stay in a Wonderful Suite

Kedros which means cedar was fab. We had a wonderful relaxing 4 night stay at Kedros Villas. We had a suite (101) with private plunge pool and steam shower which was spacious indoors and out. Location of Kedros is great with a bus stop just outside Naxos Palace (2 doors down). The bus (€1.80 each way), takes you in to town for great shopping and dining. Maroula, the owner was wonderful and very helpful during our stay. Breakfast was fab, with tasty homemade cakes such velvet and vanilla cake, orange pie and lots more. We also had snacks at the restaurant (club sandwich and salads), both at reasonable prices with great service from the young lady working the evening shift. For dinner a couple of nights we headed to Perama, a ten minute walk from Kedros. Highly recommended with huge portions. There’s also a well stocked supermarket just past Perama to stock up on essentials. I’d definitely come back to Kedros Villas again when visiting Naxos.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans une suite avec piscine privée. Les deux hôtesses étaient vraiment des plus adorables et serviables, aucun souci à ce niveau. La propreté est au rendez-vous également. Par contre, et là ce fut un problème pour nous, quel bruit… les suites sont le long de la route (ce qui semble être courant à Naxos) et pour nous, c’est difficilement appréciable. L’eau de la piscine privée et de la piscine commune était beaucoup trop froide… néanmoins, le petit déjeuner était super, tout fait maison et super frais et en terme de rapport qualité / prix, ça reste plus que correct. Emplacement idéal avec arrêt de bus à 50 mètres à pied.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Kleines Hotel mit super netten Personal und einheimischem Frühstück. Roomservice war inklusive und Parkplätze kostenfrei vorhanden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Wir hatten die Honeymoonsuite mit Pool. Dieser war leider nicht nutzbar da hier ein technischer Defekt vorlag und er mehr grün als blau war. Wir fanden das sehr schade, da sich das Problem nicht während unserem Aufenthalt lösen lies.

Impresionante! La villa era perfecta para 4 personas, con 2 plantas bien equipadas. Las vistas desde el jacuzzi de la terraza eran increíbles. El desayuno todo con productos caseros, muy bueno. Y además un ambiente muy familiar. Sin duda nos quedamos con ganas de más días.

Un séjour reposant

Un très bon accueil dans un cadre magnifique. Tout y était : calme, très bons repas, piscine propre. Arrêt de bus tout proche de KedrosVillas. Notre seul regret est de ne pas avoir séjourné plus longtemps.

Séjour de 8 jours en famille

Excellents accueil et services. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité sans bornes. La nourriture (petit déjeuner et restaurant) est excellente et fraîche, cuisine locale et faite maison. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.
