We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is beautiful, comfortable, and has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location was also fantastic — convenient, easy to get around from, and close to everything we wanted to see and do. What really made our experience special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming, and truly made us feel like part of the family. Their genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great location, a beautiful place to stay, and exceptional people who make you feel right at home. We can’t wait to come back!

The stay was very comfortable. Right near the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooftop bar/restaurant was very nice. Finally the receptionist Antonia was extremely friendly and helpful, a real pleasure to speak to. The only negative was the shower which had a rain head which wasn’t working well and needed to be replaced. Oh, and they have onsite parking which was awesome

The front desk girl was so nice and helpful. She really went above and beyond to make our stay there perfect. Great spot across the street for dinner. The boys there are funny and the food there is authentic. We went there twice and they ended the evening with mommas dessert.

Beautiful hotel, with a rooftop pool, restaurant and bar, and an INCREDIBLE view. The pool could have been a little warmer. The restaurant staff were wonderful, and the food was delicious. The breakfast was also very good. Walking distance to a big beach, that had loungers to use if you bought an item from the restaurants on the other side of the road. We stayed in the family suite with a personal hot-tub. The hot-tub COULD have been a bit warmer, but the room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, amazing experience, and highly recommend. The restaurant across the street is quite an experience as well.

Location and rooftop were a huge highlight! Spacious room and the bed that adjusts was fabulous along with the beautiful bathroom/shower. Sadly; they have some maintenance issues. The Urospa toilet, we had maintenance come and look at. The bidet features didn’t work. After maintenance came in, there was water throughout the bathroom. We opted to clean ourselves and turned the valve off as water kept leaking and reported nothing further. That was our choice. The rooftop restaurant is managed by third parties from the hotel. The gentleman that runs the restaurant/ bar in the afternoon/evening is amazing! I’m not sure why the hotel refers people to the very busy restaurant across the street? I hope they support him in the future. Since the area is managed third party, don’t expect any extra bottle of wine or bubbles for your celebration. Also, you’re not able to charge anything to your room. No big deal. The breakfast is a nice à la carte feature! Sadly the two young ladies doing the breakfast struggled with proper orders and not breaking a lot of dishes. Humerus really. By North American standards, this is not a 5 star more a 3.5 ish. We paid a lot of money the end of August for our room but we did read the reviews, so knew they were mixed. I would recommend this hotel for the spacious room and/location and hopefully, they never lose the rooftop! Great views and so pretty up there. The staff working for the hotel were lovely as well.

Fantastic stay!

What a fantastic hotel. We had such a nice stay. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. We had a sea view room with a balcony which was lovely and the location is fantastic, you’re literally 2 minutes from the beach. Can’t recommend highly enough!

We had a great stay! Rooms are big and have everything you need. The staff are incredibly attentive and nice! They will even bring coffee to your room in the morning. Breakfast is included and is quite good! You cannot beat this location as you are practically on the beach and can walk to tons of shops and restaurants!

This hotel was good for our stay in Naxos. It has a great location next to the beach. The staff are great and make sure you are taken care of. The rooms are good size and well appointed. Only negatives we had were the mattress was too firm for our taste. We thought some odd choices were made to seem fancy such as electronic adjustable bed and a bidet toilet, but we would forego those things for a softer mattress and linen. Overall it is a great place to stay and we would stay there again if we went to Naxos.

I stayed 5 days with my partner and it was an amazing experience. The facilities are great, specially the rooftop pool. The rooms are very clean, the food of the restaurant is amazing but what sets this place on another level it's the people working there. Everyone is incredibly nice and attentive, especially Stefanos and Christos. We went on a half board reservation and every day we were greeted both for breakfast and dinner by them, they recommended us plates in the hotel restaurant, were available for any special request and treated us like royalty. Also they recommended plans and things to visit for our whole time there. If I come back to Naxos, I'll sure be going again to this hotel.

overall, the staff was very nice and helpful. However, this property is falsely marketed as a five star hotel. I would estimate as closer to a three star. It is old, outdated, and the quality of linens were poor. That is clearly totally fine however it should not be advertised as something that it’s not. It is overrated, and very expensive for what you receive.

Staff at the hotel is excellent. We visited quite a few cities in Greece, hospitality is definitely in the top 3. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the facility, bath tub is a little dirty, there are some black moldy thing around the rim. Hotel in general seems dated, wall paints color is starting to fade. One of the main reason for low rating is it's a 5 star hotel and facility does not match it. I would give a higher rating if it's more accurate. More like a 3-4 star hotel to me. I understand some of the determination for 5-star is 24 hour receptionist, etc. but..
