The gulf view is unobstructed and you are literally right accross the street from the 61st Street pier, which is a great place to fish and grab a beer. For the price point, this place can hardly be beat. If there any improvements I would suggest would be perhaps a table and chair suitable for remote work, for those of us who never really escape work. The manager was very fast responding to requests. I'd certainty stay here again."
