Eine der schrecklichsten Kaffee zum Frühstück als ich je getrunken habe, nicht trinkbar!!! Frühstücksbuffet schlecht organisiert, wenig Platz man versucht mit Teller durch Menschen Menge durchkommen ohne Essen zu verlieren. Personal: eigentlich nett, aber stellt manchmal unnötige Fragen oder stellt die so dass man sich angegriffen fühlt bzw. Dass Privatsphäre angegriffen wird. Z.B, wir müssten/ wollten früher auschecken und dann frage: warum? Erst dann später: ob das an uns (Hotel) liegt? Oder bei Ankommen habe ich mich mit meinem Mann unterhalten ob wir zum Essen kommen abends oder nicht und da auf einmal Mitarbeiterin: sie müssen… weil es um sonst wäre… Hätte ich gerne mein Gesicht gesehen in diesem Moment. Auf dem Wort „müssen „ der von fremden kommt bin allergisch. Dann meinte sie weil es um so st ist bla bla bla. Vielleicht Schulung in Thema Kommunikation/ Umgang mit Kunden für Mitarbeiter? Bin mir sicher sie waren nett und wollten das Beste, aber manchmal kommt es einfach schlecht rüber. Es liegt manchmal an einen Wort. Ich arbeite auch mit Menschen und weiß ich was ich sage. Tut mir leid für diese lange Referat. Trotz allem unser Aufenthalt in der Region war angenehm .

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Halbpension ist zu empfehlen. Tolle Auswahl von Speisen und Getränken. Zimmer im Schloss war sehr schön. Komme gerne wieder und vielen Dank für alles!

Hele mooie ligging.

Hotel is deels in oud kasteel en een bijgebouw. Hele mooie en rustige ligging. Avondeten (klein buffet) is ok. Ontbijt is ook goed. De Wifi is helaas erg slecht, vooral wanneer je 's avonds nog wilt werken. Verder prima hotel.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend Sanierungsmaßnahmen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig und reichhaltig. Der Filterkaffee war leider eine Zumutung. Er war nach dreimaligen Ermahnungen noch immer viel zu dünn.

Das Angebot unterscheidet sich erheblich von den Informationen auf der Homepage. Besonders das Abendessen (Buffet) war schlecht. Es gab außer einer Kohlroulade kein Fleisch, die Nudeln waren zermatscht. Der Reis angebrannt. Die Zimmer waren lieblos eingerichtet, keine Minibar, keine Informationen. Ich werde nicht noch einmal dieses Hotel besuchen.

Die Ausstattung der Schlosszimmer (lt. Prospekt Juniorsuite) ist zweckmäßig. Da man sich auch auf Fahrradtouristen schaut fehlten eindeutig Abstellplätze (abschließbar und sicher) für Fahrräder, Ladestation für E Bike. Fachkräftemangel wird auch hier sichtbar, beim Frühstück war es schon eine Herausforderung dem Andrang der Gäste nach zukommen (Nachlegen des Frühstücks und Abräumen der Tische).

Nicht wieder!

Bei der Ankunft um 18 Uhr war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Es dauerte. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass das Personal alles gab, aber unzureichend besetzt und nicht entsprechend ausgebildet war. Sie liefen auf der "letzten Rille". Essenszeiten wurden eingeteilt wie "in alten Zeiten". Zimmer in Ordnung und sauber, aber erweckte den Charme früherer Jahre. Nicht wieder.

Durchzogen....

Unfreundlichster und schnoddrigster "Empfang", den wir je in einem Hotel erlebt haben, dies nach langer Wartezeit (30'!) beim Check-in. Warnung: Keinesfalls das Buffet am Abend im Hotelrestaurant probieren - alle Zutaten von billigster Qualität und lieblos zubereitet. Das Gebäude ist sehr schön, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise massiv renovationsbedürftig. Zimmer (Junior-Suite) ganz ok.
