Seascape Villa Nelson Holiday Home is located in the city-fringe suburb, Stepneyvill. An area locals refer to as Nelson's 'Golden Triangle' - the area situated between the Beach, Waterfront Restaurants & the City Centre!



It's an easy walk to The Boat Shed Restaurant, Boat House Restaurant & Venue, Harbour Light Bistro, Nahm Thai & Styx Cafe Restaurant. Also to the Nelson Yacht Club, Guyton's Seafoods or Haven Fish & Chips!



Tahunanui Beach - Nelson's main swimming beach & Nelson city centre are just 5 minutes drive.



Nelson Airport is less than 15 minutes drive.

• Seascape Villa will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.



• All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours will be included in your booking.



• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets. General Terms & Conditions apply.



• Young children - This home is not suitable for children under the age of 12.



• Check-in is possible anytime between 2pm and 8pm, 7 days a week.

Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
