  • A unique feature about the Sandy Run Cabin is that it is located in an ATV Friendly area. The Monday Creek Trail System is located 1-mile away from the cabin. Wayne National Forest offers over 75+ miles of designated trails for off-road riders. Guests can ride directly from the cabin to the nearest trail-head. If you have your own off-road vehicle, bring it to experience Wayne National Forest.

    Travel down the road to visit Sand Run Lake and our “lower pond,” both great options for catch and release fishing. Visit Sand Run Lake Picnic Area to get lost in the forest filled with pine trees. If you have a hammock, we recommend bringing it so you can fall asleep amongst the trees. The newly renovated gravel fire pit with wooden benches and tables is great for you and your guests to create memories of a lifetime around the campfire. You can end your night by relaxing and unwinding in the warm hot tub. Before heading to bed, make sure you and your guests check out the beautiful starry night sky because that is not something you get to experience all the time.

    The absolute best features of the Sandy Run Cabin include all the outdoor features. Being avid outdoor lovers, we hope you and your guests get to spend some quality time outdoors!
