The property looked beautiful but there are a few things that were not up to standard for a 4 star hotel. The pieces of extra wood in the wardrobes, the lights on the balcony with no off switch and staying on until midnight and the cleaning was not properly done. No hoover was used and as it’s a seaside hotel, sand gets dragged inside inevitably. The food was not great, only 4-5 choices for dinner and repetitive breakfast. Staff were really nice, made the stay quite pleasant.

This is a family hotel with lots of children. they play extremely loud music all day. had I known I would not have booked here as was I needed was really a quiet time. I love music, but this was too much. background music would have been ok. There is no iron or safe in the room.

Two main problematic points: 1. Very low water pressure all day in the bathroom, until a weak trickle in the morning and overtime. 2. There is no telephone in the rooms, therefore it is not possible to contact the reception.
