"The stay was good, the problem I encountered was that I was charged on my credit card fees that I was unaware of and I was charged $32 for parking that I prepayed for when I made the reservation and I am still waiting for the reimbursement that accounting assured me I would received days ago."

"Great service, on call and pleasant over the phone. Safety was up most importance to the representatives that served me. The security guard was alert, polite and thorough. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay downtown and I myself will definitely enjoy a stay at The Rambler again!"
