Aparthotel Lighthouse great location

The hotel was clean and tidy and was a good base for us, the staff (Julie) was brilliant even booking transfers for us back to the airport at nearly half the price of the taxi to the hotel. The kids loved the pool and spent many hours in there. The beach was 5 minutes from the hotel with restaurant's and bars being very good and very cheap, with excellent services aswell. The only thing we didn't manage to sort out was using the buses from Sveti Vlas to Sunny beach, but better luck next time with this

Das von außen unscheinbare Hotel ist sehr schwer zu finden. Wirklich NIEMAND (inkl. Mitarbeiter von anderen Hotels, Taxifahrer und Polizei) kennen das Hotel, oder die Adresse. Fast nichts, was in der Hotelbeschreibung angegeben ist, stimmt mit der Realität überein: Keine Rezeption, der Tresen dafür verstaubt in der, scheinbar als Lobby gedachten, kleinen Halle. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war eine einzige Person vom Personal Ansprechpartner und zuständig für ALLES - inklusive Zimmerreinigung. Unvorstellbar!! Dennoch war diese Dame sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war auf Englisch sehr gut möglich. Kein Wellnessbereich vorhanden. Das Café ist noch im Bau, also nicht vorhanden. Kein Fitnesscenter vorhanden Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft ist nicht direkt im Hotel, aber in der Umgebung überall zu finden. Kein Restaurant vorhanden, da noch im Bau (somit auch kein Frühstück möglich). Keine Sauna vorhanden Eine Snackbar gibt es an der Poolanlage. Die Aussenanlage wirkt insgesamt gut gepflegt. Keine Dachterrasse vorhanden Die Treppen und Flure sind sehr schmutzig (teilweise noch voll Baustaub). Keine tägl. Zimmerreinigung. In 14 Tagen wurde unser Zimmer sehr oberflächlich ganze 3x gereinigt. Die Bäder gar nicht. Toilettenpapier und Nachttischleuchten erhielten wir erst auf Nachfrage / Beschwerde beim Manager in Deutschland! Kartenzahlung (auch nicht EC) der Rechnung vor Ort nicht möglich. Es wird Cash erwartet. Eine Terrasse am Zimmer ist vorhanden, aber ohne Möbel nicht nutzbar.

Mangelfullt, men koselig.

Koselig sted, spesielt uteområdet. Stort basseng, fint beplantet og pent å se på. Bassengbaren hadde litt lite å tilby, men bartenderen var veldig hyggelig. Ved ankomst var rommene møkkete, spesielt kjøkken og bad. Men betjeningen ga god service og fikk vasket det på nytt. Hotellet var videre mangelfullt i forhold til annonsen i Hotels.com: Ingen restaurant eller kafé, bare bassenbar. Ingen spa. Ingen fitnessavdelig. Ingen rengjøring hver dag- vi fikk en bunke med håndklær og sengetøy hver 3-4 dag, som vi måtte legge på sengene selv. Så her må Hotels.com gjøre noe med annonsen sin!!

Hotel did not look like its ready built

Initially was very hard to find this place but once found hotel did not look ready and there was no running water or electricity. We did not stay and had to pay for a other hotel.
