"Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast was excellent.
Lobb, breakfast area were clean and 5 stars.
Rooms in main building on 3rd floor were not 5 star, closer to 3 star..
Carpet outside lift is functional but dated and water stained.
Rooms dated need upgrades including painting and redecorating."

"This place is a scam. They make false claims and don't own up to it. Very rude staff and very run down. It was such terrible environment that we spent the night at another hotel and this one did not give our money back. Don't waste your money here!"
