False advertising

Staff were friendly. False advertising that they having an airport transfer. Unclear use of beach chairs and umbrellas. Very old hotel, feels haunted. Upsetting end of trip to Italy.

Nice hotel, overlooking the Mediterranean. The only problem we had was that the hotel restaurant did not open at 7:00, as advertised. After waiting outside the locked restaurant door for 10 minutes, we decided to head out and find another restaurant. (Fortunately, there was a great restaurant close by.) Everything else about the stay was great.

Nice location for beach but my room was very disgusting. Was not cleaned upon arrival (hairs in the bathroom from shaving etc) which I asked to be cleaned but never was. Staff were very nice, AC was amazing.

NOT WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY They have the smallest unsafe elevator ever aside from this the town is also not paved well with no rails down stairs,its not a very accessible place,dispite the fact this is definitely not a tourist spot for brits we were able to enjoy ourselves and get on just fine useing google translate.but yeah i dont think there was another brit in all of nettuno.local trains make it easybto get to rome and the airport.bus service also seems to run quite regularly to local towns we didn't end up leaving much due to being ill.

Struttura vecchia e interni molto obsoleti. Parcheggio privato assente. Il letto scomodissimo sembrava di stare sopra una tavola di legno. Non abbiamo potuto fare neanche la doccia perché il piatto doccia era nero di sporco. Il balcone impraticabile. Pieno di escrementi di uccelli, mozziconi di sigarette e terriccio. Buffet della colazione molto scarno e cappuccino servito da una persona scapigliata, in ciabatte. Non ci torneremo mai più.

Siamo stati io e mia moglie in questa struttura per trascorrere un weekend al mare e ci siamo trovati bene.La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi dove c’è anche la convenzione con lo stabilimento,la cosa che mi ha deluso di più è stata la colazione anche perché non è a buffet.Comunque lo consiglio

Solo la vista mare della stanza.. tutto il resto lascia molto a desiderare... il personale di servizio non ci ha comunicato nulla a parte il piano della stanza. La colazione poco soddisfacente in quanto all’addetta al servizio a parte il caffè non ci ha chiesto cosa offriva il servizio... per la santificazione ... la stanza al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato il pavimento e il bagno bagnato... ma non credo sia stata fatta una santificazione... In sostanza... sembrava un grande condominio anziché un hotel...

Peccato che una struttura con questa posizione sul mare sia lasciata andare. Molto vecchio tutto. La camera spaziosa ma non proprio pulita . Trovato sabbia nelle lenzuola e il bagno un po’ sudicio in terra. Tutta la notte siamo stati un rumore continuo martellante, probabilmente causato da un’anomalia negli impianti. Il Personale aveva proposto gentilmente cambio stanza nella depandance ma erano le 1 di notte e quindi tardi x traslocare . Colazione sufficiente, personale gentilissimo.

Best part of hotel is the view and access to private part of beach. Hotel is only first 5 floors of a giant apartment building. More of a locals hangout spot, especially at night. Excellent bbq restaurant across the street, 5-10min walk to main part of town where most of the restaurants and other hotels are, but they have to pay to use the beach downtown, so worth walk to restaurants to have free beach access all day
