"The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was lovely--clean and beautiful. I absolutely would stay there again. My only hesitation to give five stars was that our room was up stairs not completely accessed by the elevator, which was difficult for us on account of our heavy bags. (We're not spring chickens!) Also, because the air conditioning was not working well, they added a portable air conditioner (which we did appreciate) which required that a window be left open for the exhaust hose....

"I did feel an issue in that the reception was only maned a few hours a day. If you had a small question you had to March over to the sister Hotel down the road.. On a positive note otherwise the Hotel was excellent and I would recommend it"

"Staff was helpful, however parking was challenging and it was due to less training on staff. Some one has to properly guide the client where to go and where to park. It took me an hour to find parking and then apartment. It’s nice for two people. Not recommended with young kids."
