"Reception desk is never staffed. When you get there, you are supposed to call a number, and then they will text you back. Room keys are in an unlocked box. If someone grabs your key, oh well. There is 1-2 staff there in the mornings to run the breakfast and clean rooms. If something goes wrong, and it is after hours, the person that texts back will tell you it is too late, and then tells you to cancel the booking. If you ask them to handle it, they will simply stop responding. We came...

"We were welcomed with a lockbox with a key because of our very late check-in. That worked fine. The room was basic but very clean and well maintained. The beds were very nice. Only negative was that the room and bathroom were freezing cold when we came but I did figure out how the heater worked so not a big problem. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. "
