The old schoolhouse on the Schlossberg in 1728

The sandstone house built in 1728 was the first school house on site. The baroque-style house was completely renovated in 2004 and corresponds to a modernized monument. The equipment is very individual and of high living quality. Location and materials are 1A. Quiet location with an unrestricted view of the castle. Directly at the forest and vineyards as well as directly at the church. In front of that is an outside seat.

Prettig verblijf.

Prima etage, met alles dat aanwezig moet zijn. Bereikbaar via een ruime trap, aan een rustige straat, met een prachtig uitzicht. De hond kon mee en die heeft ook een fijne week gehad.

Grandios! Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist sehr passend. Doch das ist bei Weitem nicht alles. Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Vermieter empfangen. Es war der pure Genuss, die langen Sommerabende bei guten Gesprächen zu verbringen. Jederzeit würden wir es wieder tun.

Die Wohnung ist genauso charmant wie die Umgebung. Ruhige Lage, aber zu Fuß ist man in 30 Minuten in der Altstadt von Neustadt. Der "Hauswirt" ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genießen.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir sind zur Mandelblüte angereist und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser liebevoll restaurierten Wohnung. Unser Gastgeber war sehr bemüht, dass es an nichts fehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Wohnung aus ist die Stadt fussläufig gut zu erreichen und auch einige Wandertouren lassen sich von dort aus starten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Außergewöhnliches Wohnen im Denkmal

Das trifft es! Es ist wie beschrieben eine nicht typische Ferienwohnung, die durch den Charme des Hauses widergespiegelt wird. Uns hat die wirklich geschmackvolle und liebevolle Einrichtung sehr gefallen. Es war alles da was man zu Zweit braucht und wenn nicht, konnte der Gastgeber Abhilfe leisten. Da wir am Samstag erst spät angereist sind bekamen wir am Sonntag ein Frühstück angeboten, dies haben wir gerne angenommen. Danke!!! Kurz zusammen gefasst, es war ein richtiger Wohlfühlurlaub, mit ausgiebigen Weinexpertiesen. Ein sehr gutes Weingut zur Weinprobe wurde uns seitens des Gastgebers ermöglicht, die uns unvergessen bleiben wird. Danke, für die tolle Umsorgung und die vielen tolle Gespräche! Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Erholsame Tage

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung im Denkmal. Die Lage neben der Kirche hat nicht gestört. Ein Hinweis für ältere oder gebehinderte Gäste zur doch recht steilen Treppe ins Obergeschoss wäre sicher angebracht. Uns hat es nicht gestört.
