"Breakfast times were mentioned at check-in. But nothing was said about the fact that the "hot portion" of the meal is charged to your room. Such as scrambled eggs, sausage, Biscuits and gravy, among other items (which ALL were free at other establishments) were all charged to our room. There was NO mention of this before hand! Everything else was basically a free breakfast...fruit, cereal, bagels, toast, orange juice and apple juice!"

"We booked our stay at Peppermint Cottage less than 24 hours in advance. Despite the short notice, Nicole made our stay so incredibly welcoming and comfortable. She had decorated the house for Halloween, stocked Halloween-themed snacks for kids, provided s’mores ingredients, and more. Everything we could have needed was provided, and everything from the furniture to the plates was of high quality and in excellent condition. Nicole also went out of her way to share information about the neighborhood and local area when we mentioned we were there on a house hunting trip. Our stay at Peppermint Cottage was easily the best stay at a vacation rental our family has ever experienced and I will absolutely be recommending this location to future guests of ours who visit the area.
