Great room for 3 adult and 3 kiddos

Great hotel, beds are firm with lots of room. Wish the breakfast had more variety. Great breakfast but after 7 of them being mostly the same would have been nice with bacon and different potatoes.

Super Nice Stay!

Super nice hotel. Room had a kitchen, pull out sofa and king size bed. Nice breakfast offerings and good snack area available.55" big screen was nice too. Outdoor fire pit is a nice touch as well. We'll be staying here again soon.

Very clean, we had an abundance of towels, pull out bed was fairly comfy for the kids, coffee was strong all good. We were in town for a family reunion and had other family in the hotel. It was nice to have areas where we could get together.

Very clean, convenient & reasonable hotel. We visited friends in Alexandria & this is only a few minutes away. Gas station, grocery stores near as well. Breakfast is wonderful. A+

The room had ants in the bathroom, in the bed and all over. We express the concerns and they did not get us a new room due to being full. They offered to change the sheets. When we checked out we were offered a 1 night comp but they could not because we booked through hotels.com

My son twisted his ankle and we requested Expedia and the property to move the reservation by a night. Expedia wanted to charge $185 and the hotel refused saying it was done through Expedia. Very poor attitude and customer service disguised under the carpet of “rules!” Would never stay at a Hilton and will stop using Expedia in the future.

After staying there many times for work, this was the most unpleasant stay. The sheet smelled of perfume like they had not been changed. The dishes in the dish washer were dirty. I don't think I can go back as I have lost faith in their abilities, although the front desk is always pleasant, and they did correct the situation, I should have never been assigned a room that was not cleaned from the previous occupant.

This staff is racist, during COVID they have horrible customer service. Manager yelling at my wife for asking for a room change because of barking dog. I asked to pay for a room extension to check out at 3 instead of 1:30 because I didn’t want to be in the airport for long periods during COVID and she called the police to escort me out the building by checkout time. They weren’t busy front desk just treats minorities horribly. Never thought Hilton would have a place like this.

When my son arrived and checked into his room on Saturday he noted there were crumbs in the bed and hair. He went to the front desk to tell them. He was given the linens to change himself which he should not have had to do in the first place. My daughter also had her own room. when she opened the sleeper sofa it was filled with crumbs and a plastic bag.

Best Shower Ever!

The room was huge and, while a bit worn, was clean and had tons of surface area. The shower was the best we have ever had in a hotel - wonderful!! The front desk and breakfast staff was friendly, welcoming, efficient and knowledgeable.
