"The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The lobby was clean although the furniture could use an update. There was only one elevator but never had to wait long for it. The room was a good size and was relatively clean, but could have used a refresh. I liked that there was just a shower and no bathtub, but there were no grab handles in the shower stall. There were also no hooks on the back of the door and the bathroom, like the room, could use a refresh. There was also quite a bit of noise from the doors to the rooms slamming close."
