"The property was clean and well maintained. We dined in the lobby restaurant and the food quality was very good. We booked a room with a king size bed and a pull out couch for our daughter who is an adult. The bed when opened was barely long enough for a child. There was no bedding in the room for the sofabed and that mattress was so flimsy it felt like sleeping on the frame of the sofa. We asked to be move to a double queen room and were told there were none available. For such a high end brand as Hyatt, it seems unfathomable that this accommodation was thought to be acceptable."

"We've stayed at this hotel for multiple trips now and it's been a consistently clean and maintained hotel. Once you get used to the location, it's relatively easy to navigate. The first time we stayed here, we missed the entrance and it was a bit frustrating to find. Now that we've been here a few times, we love the hotel. The staff is always kind and helpful and the breakfast is good. Parking is ample and feels close to the hotel wherever you park. Doordash has quite a few options locally and delivery fee is waived for hotel guests."
