They are currently renovating the hotel. So it's not in the best shape. The staff was friendly.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was quick to check in and help. Price was reasonable. The only thing I disliked was it showed some age. An update is due.

The room I was given had a hole in the wall. When I arrived Police were there over a stolen dog and as I checked out earlier on my stay Police were there again over booking charges to a other guest. Other than that it a quiet place to sleep off main roads. I understand it cheaper than most places I see why now.

I stayed here with my family and we had a really good experience. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, so everyone slept well. The staff was kind and welcoming from the time we checked in until we left. They made us feel comfortable and were always happy to help with any questions. The breakfast was fresh and a nice way to start the day. For the price, this place was better than we expected. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay.

I had a great experience staying at Super 8 New Castle. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. The rooms were spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was in good working condition. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. They were always available if I needed anything and made sure I felt welcome. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, gas stations, and the highway. I also appreciated the value for money. For the price, the quality of service and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay without compromising comfort. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The front office was clean and the clerk was very polite. I requested a first floor room, I am disabled. When we opened the door to the hallway to get to our room the odor hit hard. It smelled like mold, mildew, a lingering smell of marijuana, and cleaning products trying to mask the smell. We instantly felt ill. We took a few steps into the hallway and the carpet was drenched. Water came up over my shoe. We went to the office and the clerk offered us a second floor room. We declined. There was a man at the far end of the building sitting on a lawn chair with beer cans scattered on the ground around him. We did not feel safe. It appears that they are working on improving the property but it was not clean other than the office.
