"Our time was so relaxing, spending most of the time out on the beautiful patio and pool area. The beautiful sunrise & sunsets and watching the bald eagles were amazing. Ed and Lisa were so kind. We will be going back again in Aug."

"The property was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described! We had a large group for a girls weekend and everyone had a nice, comfortable place to sleep. The space is great for gathering with the kitchen, dining and living room all together and enough space to also spread out. The outside space with the pool and hot tub is amazing and the grounds are beautifully kept. The house was spotless & had everything you could ever need. Instructions were perfect and gaining access to the property was a breeze. The host was super quick on communication! Lovely property with all of the amenities and an amazing host. Highly recommend!"

"We arrived 25 minutes early and were allowed to get into our room, which was really nice. The room was warm as it was 90 degrees outside. We turned the air conditioner temperature down, unpacked and went out. When we came back it was still warm! We went down to the front desk and they told us we had to switch rooms. A pain but ok. We switched rooms, it was nice and cool, got unpacked and went to throw something away and there were beer cans in the one garbage can! All that being said, the staff was very nice. Breakfast was nice, parking was good. It was close to the expressway and very close to the Neil Armstrong museum."

"Al's Place is a beautiful little cottage sitting right on the water. The host has gone out of her way to include everything you could possibly need, and the decor is fun too. You will feel a sense of vacation inside and out. The kind host was helpful in suggesting local places to enhance your trip as well. We will definitely be back!"

"Room was okay. Ice machine was in lobby. Buffet breakfast wasn't a buffet. Not alot of room for parking. Stayed in the front side but people on back side parked every which way which made for it being more difficult to get out. Had to drive all the way around the building to leave. Supposed to be one way people were going wrong way from backside of building. Low water pressure. Overpriced but convenient for our reason to be there."

"We recently enjoyed this amazing property for our family vacation. There were 20 of us with ages ranging from 3 months to 64 years. The house was accommodating for all ages. There was something for everyone. The children enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The view of the lake from the house was beautiful. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We fixed all our meals at the house so having the grill available was also nice. The host was accommodating and responsive to any questions I had. I would absolutely recommend this property for those with a family for entertainment with the kids as we enjoyed or just as an adult retreat. There was a marina nearby, and we rented a pontoon boat which was another nice option."
