"The location was excellent, gated community, very clean area. The house was well stocked and clean with a cool rec room downstairs. Plenty of water pressure and hot water enough for five people to shower and still not run out. Close to the town of Albermarle, only 15 minutes away, lots of restaurants and shopping options there. Teresa was very responsive and an excellent host!"

"Our stay at Concord Cozy Cottage was exceptional. The house is modern and comfortable, with incredibly clean facilities and everything you could possibly need. The kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom are fully stocked for your stay and the hosts even left some snacks, fresh flowers, and a lovely note.
