Hotel is very convenient for what we wanted. Staff were ok but a bit off hand. No mention of a room upgrade or any other benefits ($18) credit. Room was freezing and unable to operate remote to warm it. Toilet had staining and sink was cracked

Lovely large bed, very comfortable. Excellent restaurant and friendly helpful staff. Just beware that parking is on first come first served basis. If full you might need to park over the road from hotel. Free after 5pm.

Our stay at the Millennium was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and comfortable we loved the bathroom! large shower, great water pressure and a spa bath. we enjoyed the location on the water front and being so close to the city centre food options are endless the shopping was great. The staff were friendly and ensure you have a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any one visiting Taranaki.
