  • Beautiful sun set views,beautiful resort like setting.This house has 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and a great kitchen. Each bedroom has its own flat screen t.v .living room has 55inch flat screen t.v. Cable tv included wireless internet included.You will love the backyard as it has a beautiful heated pool with plenty of pool decking for sun bathing and a mini sand box for the kids.The yard also hosts a tiki hut with bbq grill and a 40ft dock you can fish from.Access to boat,kayak and jetski rental available only minutes from the house.Its only a 12 minute boat ride to anclote island and the sand bar.You can enjoy plenty of amenities and family fun since it’s only 25 minutes to clearwater beach,30 minutes to tampa,60 minutes to disney,15 minutes south to the greek sponge docks,35 minutes to bush gardens,35 minutes to Weeki Wachee mermaid show. New Port Richey Vacation

Comfortable relaxation

The pool and water view were amazing, the house was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable and the host was super easy to get a hold of. I hated to leave, it was a great experience.

Perfect Rental

The house was absolutely beautiful and located in a perfect location near a main canal leading to the Gulf of Mexico . There was ample seating for guests on the patio, in addition to a tiki bar.

Tropical home

Beautiful clean house with outstanding views. The owner was friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful home on the water

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful place. The home is just like the pictures and the owner was very responsive to our questions. We loved the views, the pool area, and the location on the canal system. This rental home is well stocked and maintained. The Gulf Harbor neighborhood is very nice and close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Multigenerational family vacation

This home is exactly as advertised. It is comfortable (beds were amazing). Tons of kitchen stuff and the pool was perfect. Fishing off the private dock was a fun activity. It is a quiet neighborhood near everything. A great home base for shopping, the beach and downtown Tampa. We enjoyed the property and our time in Florida immensely.

Outdoor oasis

This property has the ideal outdoor setup! The sandpit was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise in the morning. The dock was brand new and perfect for our rental boat as well as fishing. The owner was wonderful about answering any questions prior to and during our stay. We would definitely come back!

Great place

Great place for 3 couples Close to the ocean was able to park our boat there Online pics just two pics were not accurate one was water spouting out and the other was outdoor type barbecue area but it still had a barbecue !! Caught fish on canal seen dolphins catching fish!! Very close to restaurants and shopping area Pool table could use some updated pool sticks But was still usable and it did get used!!! In the evenings due to the no see ums but all in all very good place Would stay there again!!

Wonderful Home!

My family of 4 had an amazing stay in this home! It was clean, spacious and was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of seating and well stocked. The pool table was a hit with our teen boys (although it has seen better days) and we were happy to use it! The outdoor space was beautiful, including a clean pool, tiki bar, plenty of lounge chairs and a great dock that my boys spent hours fishing off of! We were able to see stingrays, a dolphin and a manatee right off our dock! We had an issue with the coded lock one day but Marc was easy to get a hold of and had it fixed before we even got back from our errands. He even gave us a late check out last minute due to our late flight and me spacing out our 11:00 checkout! I would absolutely stay here again! I think this home would be great for a family or even 2 or 3 couples!

A beautiful home with an amazing outdoor space. The house was spotless and has everything you need! We had dolphins and manatees at the dock, its also a great spot for fishing!Marc was always available for any questions, thank you again we really had a great time!

Everything was great! Plenty to enjoy without leaving the home! Dolphins right at the dock, heated pool with loungers, and a great tiki hut to hide from the sun or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, while watching the water. Bed were comfy, lots of clean plush towels, equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Garage parking was convenient and easy. Marc the owner was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Another great stay at this house!

This is the second time we've rented this house and it was just as good as the first time! Location is close to lots of fun things to do and it's just as enjoyable staying home and relaxing by the pool and enjoying the view!

The house was beautiful the pictures dont do it justice.The property was amazing and the resort like atmosphere just made it that much more better. Do not believe the bad reviews!! This property is in great condition. Lovely home and grounds. New Tiki Bar, Dock and everything up to date. The pool was glorious, beds comfy, kitchen stocked. Enjoyed sitting by the pool and canal with all the wildlife visiting.

The property met and exceeded our expectations. The inside of the house had enough space to accommodate a family without feeling crowded. The owner provided amenities needed to make a memorable experience. The views from the backyard of the house were amazing as you watched a parade of boats all day long. We even saw two dolphins swim by the dock of the house.
