Our newly renovated apartment offers a 5-star hotel experience, featuring luxurious furniture and linens. The spacious layout includes two full-size bedrooms (each accommodating 2 guests), a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.


The space
With every modern convenience one could need on site, the apartment allows you to enjoy peace and privacy while still being close to the action. You will have the entire apartment to yourself.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the backyard. Please note that this apartment is located on the second floor, requiring a short flight of stairs for access.

The apartment was a good size for the amount of time we were in it. Overall it was clean and had everything we needed. The blinds in the rooms need to be replaced. Some of the slats are broken and a lot of light filters in at dawn. The parking situation is not ideal. Paid meter right in front however maximum parking time was two hours and we could not extend it back to back and signage posting is not clear. No parking from 4am-7am got us a parking ticket. The host responded to messages quickly which was nice but failed to mention that work was being completed in the building. It was a shock and disappointment to walk in to the mess.

Good value

modest, clean, comfortable; 15 min walk to Metro-North. both BRs face street, so a bit noisy. but a decent, convenient and more reasonable alternative to staying in NYC

Super nice - Great Location

Stayed 5 nights on a work trip. Street parking for my rent car was the only downside and it was no biggie. Kitchen has everything I needed including an air fryer. Will stay here again.

Parking space

The facility is nice and very clean but the only issue i had was the parking lot. The free parking lot in front of the kfc is always full,therefor i am suggesting to the managers of the facilitaty to get a parking space solely for the visitors of the facility,which should be paid by vistors or added to the rents depending on whether the person is driving to the facility.

Native New Yorker

I’m a Native New Yorker and was in town visiting family. The property was in a convenient location to the Metro North and NYC. We took the Metro North to NYC. The train station is about a half a mile from the apartment. Living room, bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen were clean. Comfy beds. The apartment is as described in the listing. Great AC units. Easy check in and check out. The host was responsive. We were only given 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 people for a 3 day stay. I contacted the owner for more toilet paper, and he stated he would have someone drop some off. It didn’t happen. Make sure when you check in you check to see there’s more than 1 roll of TP. The owner stated parking was free past the KFC but I didn’t see any so I chose to park down the hill in the big parking lot which you can pay for via a parking app. It worked out because we used the same parking app during our visit. I definitely recommend this apartment. It’s in a good neighborhood, close to NYC and a lot of places eat at which are in walking distance and or a short driving distance. Recommend the host put up shades or blinds in the kitchen and bathroom windows. There was a heatwave during our stay and the kitchen was very hot during the day.

Would like owner to contact me to arrange for shipping of items left behind reservation HA-OT8VHJ. Was very pleased with property condition and support from owner/agent. Had some challenges with entry door key pad due to cold/cool fingers. Would definitely stay there again.
