Beautiful place

This was the nicest unit we have stayed at Ebb Tide. It was exactly like the pictures, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and equipped with high-quality items. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back to this unit again.

Everything was as-advertised. Plenty to do for this family of 4. Beach, pool, hot tub, sauna, bikes, boards, and the weather was perfect. Very private, quiet, secure. Short bike ride to the store and restaurant. We had a great experience!

Thank you for sharing this remodeled and convenient condominium unit. The complex itself was lovely and well kept. The unit garage had bikes, surfboards, and other beach things for fun.

Wonderful!!

My husband, myself, and my adult children stayed four nights in this condo. The unit is exceptional in layout, location, comfort, and with providing a well-stocked kitchen, quantity of linens, and all around comfort. The property was clean and well-maintained with easy and direct access to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Very easy to rent, timely communication from property management company. Parking places are a bit confusing especially if arrrival is after hours or weekend. Pool and beach access is superb. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The condo was perfect for our family- very spacious and beautifully updated. They did a wonderful Job. Only suggestion I have is for the condo property itself to clean the grime in the hot tub and pool decking. But other then that it was great.

Spectacular

The house is amazingly appointed. The views are unbeatable. The condo has top of the line features, but hint to the non-tech savy (aka me) brush up on new appliance (google thermostat) and all will be fine. Parking is tight in the garage so bring a smaller car, but guest parking and parking passes were easily obtained through the property manager's office. Property itself is beautifully maintained and it being only 53 units a great quite get away. A must stay!

The condo was nice but the kitchen faucet only sprayed so was messy, plus every time we turned it on it moved around. We were constantly straightening it. The shared bathroom shower faucet was very difficult to turn on & regulate. Both faucets need replacing The cell phone service was abysmal & we couldn’t get cable in the second bedroom. replacing

Excellent condo

We had to rent this condo last minute as our first choice had water damage. But this was a great condo being on the first floor. No one was able to walk between our condo and the beach so we had up front views of the water. It was so nice to be on the first floor and have a designated parking spot too! No waiting for elevators. There was damage from the hurricane visible around the condo building but it didn't interrupt our trip or views.

Needs Better Management to Realize Its Full Potential

It's disheartening to write about my less-than-ideal experience at Great Ocean Condos. Unfortunately, my disappointment lies not with the unit itself but with the property's management.Major renovations were ongoing in the unit directly above ours, creating an unbearable noise level that shook our unit, even causing pictures to fall off the walls. I had specifically asked the host about any planned construction before booking and was assured there was none. It turns out the property management isn't informed of private owners' construction plans. I spent half of my six-day stay unable to remain in the unit due to the noise. Management's inadequate response was a 149 credit and a vague promise of an alternative unit for daytime use, which never materialized.Midway through our stay, the WiFi stopped working, rendering us unable to work, stream, or even make calls due to poor cell service. The inconvenience was profound, as I had to find signal spots outside the condo for basic communication.The floors were notably dirty, turning our socks black, and necessitating wearing shoes indoors. Carpets and rugs were in need of a thorough wash or replacement.The Keurig was dysfunctional, leading to wasted purchases of coffee pods. Additionally, the coffee pot required constant oversight to prevent spillage. The refrigerator loud!It was disappointing to find blankets and bedding not up to cleanliness standards.The customer service was perhaps the most disappointing aspect.
