A Gem in Lower East Side

This unique place has a style all its own. it is a fully renovated spot with 3 bedrooms, a nice living room, private terrace, washer/dryer, a large bathroom and it's on the 2nd floor. The subway station is only 2 blocks away and it's in a great neighborhood filled with restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. For dining, there is a table that opens up and accommodates up to 5 people.
