Live 4 short blocks from the famous Kings Theater! Flatbush apartment

Landlord in house shutting off fans& a.c.complaining about electric bill from day 1 paid extra to charge 2 bikes,no a.c. on first floor at all,to hot even cook dinner, don't dare open blinds to look outside,I could go on &on
