  • This luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 full baths including en suite is absolutely stunning. The apartment has a custom kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and cookware. The unit also inlcudes 2 beautiful outdoor patios Fresh towels and toiletries are provided. Building is secured with cameras throughout the hallway and front entry. Subway and buses are just 1 block away. The apartment is just minutes away from some of the Bronx's most famous attractions like Yankee Stadium, The Bronx Zoo, and the Botanical Garden. Restaraunts and shopping are in walking distance. We're located15 minutes away from Manhattan and approximately 20-30 minutes away from LaGuardia and JFK airports.

Great weekend getaway

We had a girls weekend and felt safe staying at Troy's. Check-in was fairly easy and quick. Troy accommodated a slightly earlier check-in request, which was considerate. The only thing that had us ladies struggling was the 10am check out time.

So Awesome!!

My family and I were looking for a place to stay in the Bronx that was accessible to Yankee Stadium and the Bronx Zoo. The location of Troy's place was perfect. An added bonus was that it was really close to the subway, which we took into Manhattan. The place absolutely exceeded our expectations. It was luxurious, spacious, modern and very clean. All in all, my family could not have been happier and we are definitely going to head back soon. Also, on a side note, I left my wallet behind and Troy mailed it to me so that arrived the very next day. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to visit the Bronx or Manhattan!

Fantastic value!

Six of us slept, showered, and relaxed comfortably. Troy was easy and pleasant to deal with. It’s a block from the subway with two major lines into Manhattan. The neighborhood was interesting and fun. We loved it!

There was a group of 5 of us who stayed at Troy’s apartment. It was so cute with the decor and you can’t beat having a 3 bedroom 2 full bath in NYC for the price! It can be a bit far from Manhattan area, but the balcony and price are worth it alone! We will def stay here again!

Amazing property...

Troy has done an AMAZING job with this space. Our family of 6 was completely comfortable, and we got the total NYC vibe. The only downside was that the neighborhood is a little scary at night.
