The Penny is well situated close to the subway, shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the dog friendly courtyard. The rooftop restaurant is also great.

The room was well designed. You cannot control the heat/AC.thats why I dropped a star. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Not sure what the resort fee was for? Still wondering!
