This hotel is beautiful. We stayed here during a mourning time for our family. The staffwas very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. We were given two $25 restaurant vouchers, which we didn’t get to use(We’ll take advantage next time).Our room view was from the 12th floor overseeing 125th street which was plus. The only thing I would do different is to book a room with accessibility. The bathrooms are a lot bigger than the standard room. Overall rating 4.7 out of 5.

My two sons and I stayed for a night. Perfect location. Close by all the shops. Check in process was nice and easy. Staff were very professional and friendly.
