Convenient location and the room was great. It was a little confusing figuring out how to get up to the room so directions could be clearer about the fact that there isn’t a front desk and what floor to go to when you arrive.

This was a great, spacious apartment-style room. Loved the location in FiDi. We had a group of 5 and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and hang out together when we were at the hotel. Will keep in mind for future NYC trips!

Room was spacious. All utilities and essential utensils included. Great location, steps away from everything, and near the subway. The biggest disappointment however, was the very cheap and flimsy shower curtains that would fly off when taking a shower, and would get all the bathroom floor wet. Also the window blinds are terrible, they do not filter the outside light. Blackout curtains need to be added.

AC was not working in the bedroom. Pull-out sofa bed was too squeaky and uncomfortable in the living room. We have to take out the trash and pick up toilet paper!! I would definitely not recommend this place!

Sonder used to be great, before Marriott takeover. Building next door to huge construction site - noisy all night - area is home to many transient people and the room was dirty - dust all over living room, sticky refrigerator door handle, and iffy bedding. I miss when Sonder was actually “a better way to stay”
