Everything was nice, it’s a good location since it’s right next to the subway. The one downfall is that our TV was broken and kind of discolored, that just sucked since I’m a Hilton honors member. There is a lot of floors, so be prepared to wait for the elevators, they do have three of them.

We had to change hotel stays at the last minute on a Saturday night and found this gem. The room and the whole vibe was appealing and comfortable. Hyatt Regency Times Square
Excellent rooms, location was great. Check in was not very pleasant. Waited in line 3 times before I was able to receive my room, which was after 4:00 that evening. All other amenities were very nice and pleasant.
