Lilly at the front desk was very professional & helpful. This is my 4th time staying at this location. The only issues that I had is there needs to be better lighting at the bathroom sink. When checking out I believe the young man name was Tai or Taj professional and nice.

We were very happy with our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Newark. The facility was clean and welcoming. And most importantly, the entire staff that we interacted with were all happy to offer assistance with speed and pleasure. They all got the memo:)

The stay was wonderful the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating always there to answer any questions and help with any issues, our Toilet stoped working properly one morning at 5 am when we notified the front desk they came up immediately fixed the problem so we could get ready for our day. Amazing. The staff at the restaurant and coffee shop was super friendly and fun, quality of food was decent and good quality and price. making our stay relaxing. The workout room was on a smaller side but had what we needed to get our work out. Good location would definitely stay here again.

Bistro at breakfast was a disaster even for takeout because it was freshman move in day at Udel and the hotel should’ve had plenty of staff to deal with the rush but instead had an inexperienced staff out front, very polite but overwhelmed!
